Returning an Item
You may return any unused product within 30 days for free from the day you received it. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and materials included. We want to make sure you are 100% happy with THEFRENCHBULLDOG products.

Once we receive your return back in our warehouse and the product has been quality checked, your exchange will be initiated.

How to Return
Everything you return should be in good condition, same as you received it. Pack all items in their original packaging.
By post: Start a return on our website and follow the instructions. You will receive the details you need before dropping your parcel at the drop-off point.
Refunds
Once we receive your return back in our warehouse and the product has been quality checked, your refund will be initiated.
We will offer a refund back to your original payment method only, this can take up to 14 business days depending on your bank.
